  • If your vision includes scaling through systems, digital products, and deeper strategy, our Transformative Business Partnerships are built for that growth. If you need dependable, high-quality help with day-to-day operations—content, admin, support—our Intentional Operations Support option is perfectly suited. Many clients begin with Operations support and transition to a Partnership when ready to scale.

  • Yes. While our focus is on ongoing support, we do take on one-time or project work when our schedule allows. If you have a specific need, feel free to reach out, and we’ll explore whether it’s a fit.

  • No. All support is monthly and flexible. You may cancel or pause with 30 days’ notice. We’ll always plan for changes as your business evolves.

  • You can expect more clarity, consistency, and relief in your business operations, meaning less time spent on technical or repetitive tasks, more mental bandwidth for the client-facing, creative work. Each month, we aim for forward momentum, not perfection.

  • While I can’t guarantee specific numbers (because so many factors are outside direct control), I can promise consistent, thoughtful support backed by experience-based guidance, a refined structure, and execution that aligns with your goals.

Packages, Processes, & Payments

  • Our partnerships operate via monthly retainer models. You choose the level of support (Transformative Business Partnership or Intentional Operations Support), and each month we begin with a planning session to align on priorities and deliverables. The goal is to keep your business flowing forward.

  • Absolutely. Even within a single month, you might ask for a content piece, a system tweak, and a product setup. The flexibility is built in.

  • Yes. When possible, I’m happy to expand your level of support based on your package and my availability to ensure things stay flowing smoothly.

  • To maintain momentum and clarity, deliverables do not roll over. Each month starts fresh with a plan. However, we’ll always adapt if your priorities shift.

  • Definitely. If your business grows or your needs shift, you can upgrade or adjust support with a 30-day notice. We’ll reassess together to keep your package aligned.

  • For Transformative Business Partnerships, pricing is based on fixed monthly packages with deliverables, not hourly billing. Intentional Operations Support is structured by monthly retainer/hourly arrangements. You’ll receive full clarity on your investment before moving forward.

  • We accept credit/debit cards and ACH transfers. Payments are usually due at the start of each month for ongoing support, and prior to beginning one-time projects.
