Digital Product Launch Strategy & Execution for Health and Wellness Coaches
Your course has been 'almost ready' for eight months.
Let's talk about what's actually going on there.
The Real Problem
It's not that the course isn't good.
You know it's good. You've poured your entire methodology into it. You've thought about the transformation arc and the module structure and the way you want your students to feel by the end. You've probably recorded at least some of it. You might have a landing page in draft. You definitely have a Google Doc that's been open in a tab for six weeks.
The course is good. The course might actually be excellent.
But every time you get close to actually launching it, something happens.
The checkout page breaks, or you're not sure if it's broken or if you set it up wrong, or you set it up right but now the email sequence isn't triggering, and you've spent four hours watching YouTube tutorials on email automations when what you actually needed to do today was see clients.
Or the sales page. God, the sales page. You've written it. You've deleted it. You've written it again. You've sent it to three people for feedback and gotten three completely different opinions. You're on version seven and somehow it's worse than version two, and you're starting to wonder if maybe this just isn't the right time to launch, maybe you should wait until you have a bigger audience, maybe you should take that course on copywriting first—
STOP.
We both know what's happening. The course is done. The 'not ready' part isn't the course. It's the gap between knowing your methodology cold and knowing how to build the sales infrastructure that gets other people to pay for it.
That gap is real, it's not your fault it exists, and it's exactly the gap I was built to close.
Here's what I need you to understand about why this is hard:
Launching a digital product is actually complicated. Not 'I'm just being dramatic' complicated. Actually complicated.
There are platforms that don't talk to each other. Email automations that require a specific sequence of logic that assumes you know what a conditional trigger is. Sales pages that need to be written in a completely different voice than your coaching voice: persuasive without being pushy, urgent without being manipulative, specific without over-promising.
And the ethics layer that comes specifically with wellness, like the way you can't just use the standard 'your life will be completely transformed in 30 days' copy because you know that's not how transformation works and you'd rather eat glass than promise it. The way 'passive income' sounds amazing until you realize someone has to build the passive part, which is a full-time job that isn't passive at all.
This is not stuff that resolves with another YouTube tutorial. It resolves with having someone in your corner who has done this before, understands the wellness coaching space at a practitioner level, and isn't going to be rattled when your course platform decides to have a toxic personality on launch day.
But I’ve seen plenty of course platforms get into weird little moods that could rival a stroppy teenager’s, and not once has anything actually been broken. Usually it’s just a toggle switch set the wrong way. (Yeah, really).
I’m sensing that you’re thinking “so, what do you know about it?”
Well, I run a boutique digital marketing practice built exclusively for health and wellness coaches. I've built, launched, and managed digital products for somatic practitioners, functional medicine coaches, yoga teachers, breathwork facilitators, and integrative health consultants.
I understand the ethics of transformation-based selling. I understand why 'join now before it's too late!' makes your skin crawl. I understand that your students aren't buying a product; they're investing in a guided process, and your marketing needs to reflect that without underselling what you've actually built.
I work at both the strategic and operational level. You're not getting a launch plan and a separate executor. You're getting one person who builds the plan and executes every single piece of it.
One strategist. One practice. No agency markup. No rotating team. No explaining trauma healing before I can write your sales page.

What I’ll Handle (So You Don’t Have To)
Concept & Digital Product Strategy
Your methodology, extracted from your head and turned into a curriculum structure people will actually complete. A blueprint for a house they actually want to live in.
Sales Page & Launch Copywriting
SEO-optimized copy for your sales page, emails, and promotional content, written with all the authenticity of your work and none of the marketing-bro ick. Conversion copy that doesn't make you feel like you need a shower after reading it.
Tech Setup & Integration
Platform setup, LMS configuration, membership onboarding workflows, payment gateway integration. The tech talks to the email list, the email list talks to the course, nobody has to cry. Digital feng shui, but with more API keys.
Launch Day Management
On launch day, while you're sipping herbal tea (preferred) or hyperventilating into a paper bag (also valid), I'm at the control tower. Cart monitoring, tech troubleshooting, student onboarding, real-time problem solving. You focus on your audience. I focus on everything behind the curtain.
This is probably for you if…
Your course has been living at 90% done for longer than you're comfortable admitting to another human being
You've Googled 'how to set up Kajabi email automation' at 11pm, solved it, and then watched it break again the next morning
You've written your sales page four times and somehow you still don't have a sales page
You know your course would genuinely transform people's lives, and the fact that it's still in a Google Doc is starting to feel like a moral failing
You've told yourself you'll launch 'when you have a bigger audience' for six months and your audience is the same size it was six months ago
You're ready to hand the whole thing to someone who looks at a broken funnel and says 'I love a good puzzle' instead of 'I'll look into it next week'
You're ready to have a digital product that generates income while you're doing literally anything else
This Is How We Do It
This is an ongoing launch partnership. Month by month, we move from building your product to launching it to managing and optimizing it post-launch. You stay in your zone of genius. I handle everything else.
By the time your cart opens, you'll know exactly what's in it, exactly what happens when someone clicks buy, exactly what email they receive when they enroll, and exactly who to text when something goes sideways.
(That last one is me. You text me.)
Development → Launch → Management:
Months 1–3: Building
Platform setup · Content uploads · Sales page · Email sequences
Your digital product comes together without you lifting a single stressed-out finger. Every platform decision, every tech integration, every piece of copy, handled. You get to watch something you've been carrying in your head for months finally become something real.
Months 4–5: Launching
Promotional content · Launch sequences · Cart management · Real-time support
Your launch runs on a strategy, not on vibes. Promotional content goes out on schedule. The cart opens without drama. The emails trigger correctly. And I'm there on launch day, manning the control tower while you show up for your audience. You step onstage to take a bow. I make sure the lights work.
Months 6+: Managing
Optimization · Module updates · Tech maintenance · Funnel refinement
A digital product isn't 'done' after launch. It needs continuous updates based on student feedback, ongoing tech maintenance, and funnel optimization to keep converting. Most clients hold onto their retainer here because now that the hard part is done, why would you manage it alone?
The Fine Print
Monthly Retainer | $3,000

The Roadmap
This package is designed to account for one digital product at a time, developed and launched within the following scope:
We tackle one major milestone per month, such as platform setup one month, sales page creation the next, module uploads after that, launch sequence the month after.
Complex months (like launch week) are balanced by lighter months (ongoing management and optimization).
Once your product is live, we don't just walk away. Months 6+ are spent updating modules based on student feedback, optimizing your funnel, troubleshooting tech issues, creating supplemental resources, and refreshing content. Think of it as product maintenance that keeps your course selling well and students happy.
Hold up.
Before this pops off, let’s make sure people can actually find the launch party.
Introducing…
Not a Requirement, But Probably Should Be
If a Product Launches and No One Finds It, Did It Even Launch?
With The Website Copywriting & SEO Package, You Won’t Have to Come Up With An Answer.
I don't want to freak you out or anything, but imagine this:
You built a course so brilliant it could probably achieve enlightenment on its own. Your landing page is expertly crafted. Your social media campaign is mapped out. But without a solid SEO foundation, your course becomes like a “members only” club for you and Google’s bots (and even they might not show up if we're being honest).
What building on a solid foundation feels like:
You’ll launch with confidence, knowing a steady stream of ideal clients is already finding you through Google
You get to feel the relief of your message landing with the right people, day after day, without you having to chase them down
Your brilliant course won't just be brilliant, it will be discoverable
To be clear, retainer work totally covers spot-fixes and fine-tuning related to the product we're currently working on. But if you need site-wide, foundational SEO work, keyword deep-dives, optimized copy, metadata makeovers, all that Google-pleasing goodness – so that people can find your website in the first place... then you need the Website Copywriting & SEO Package.
So if you're as tech-phobic as most clients (valid!), this is a must-have tune-up that gets your beautiful offer in front of the people who are excited to buy it... not just haunting the ghost town of page 9 in Google results.
"Brilliant in Obscurity." Genius song title. Unfortunate descriptor for your launch.
Ask about the Website Copywriting & SEO Package during your consultation to make your website more popular than a Taylor Swift breakup song.
FAQs
I don't have a full course yet. Can we still work together?
1
Yes. That's actually the best time to start. If you have a methodology and an audience to serve it to, we can build the product and the launch strategy together from the ground up. We'll structure the curriculum, set up the platform, and create the marketing in the right order, without you having to figure out what the right order is.
What if my launch doesn't hit my enrollment goal?
2
Launches are affected by audience size, list engagement, offer pricing, and about forty other variables that we'll discuss honestly before we build anything. I won't promise you numbers I can't guarantee. I will promise you a launch built on strategy, executed with precision, and analyzed afterward so the next one is smarter.
Do I need the Website Copywriting & SEO Package first?
3
If your website copy is outdated or your SEO hasn't been properly set up, yes (genuinely yes). Launching to an audience is one thing. Getting people to your launch who are already searching for what you offer is another. The SEO package is the foundation everything else is built on. Ask about it on our intro call and I'll tell you honestly whether you need it before we start.
Why is this a retainer and not a one-time project?
4
Because your digital product isn't a one-time project. Building it is one phase. Launching it is another. Managing and optimizing it post-launch is a third. A one-time handoff leaves you alone with the thing at exactly the moment it needs the most attention. A retainer means you have someone in your corner through all of it.
Every month it sits in that Google Doc is a month someone else's course is getting the enrollment yours deserves. No weird sales tactics. No 'limited spots available' pressure. Just a genuine conversation about whether this is the right fit for where you are right now.
